At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, he is responsible for the strategic direction of Fraud & Identity global markets, driving product strategy and innovation aligned with customers’ current and future needs. Based out of Amsterdam, Dr. Topliss holds a PhD in Space Plasma Physics and is fluent in Dutch and French in addition to his native English.
