Mark joined Reed Business Information (RBI) in 1983 and was appointed to the Board in 1992 as managing director of Estates Gazette. In previous roles as chief executive officer, and chief operating officer of RBI, he led the company's transformation from traditional publisher to a provider of data and analytics. RBI eventually became part of LexisNexis Risk Solutions.

Robyn Growe is executive vice president, Human Resources and Corporate Services for LexisNexis® Risk Solutions.
In this position, Robyn leads the development and implementation of all Human Resources strategies that help drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction and employee engagement for the organization and its employees.
Before joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions in 2024, Robyn served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Global Payments, Inc. Prior to this, Robyn held a variety of leadership roles at Accelerated Payment Technologies, which was acquired by Global Payments, Inc. in 2012.
Robyn holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Oberlin College; and Master of Arts in Communications from California State University, Fullerton; and Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix. She is based in Alpharetta, Georgia.
William (Bill) Min is executive vice president and general counsel for LexisNexis® Risk Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for all legal, compliance and regulatory matters across the global organization.
Prior to joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Bill served as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Privacy and Data Governance Officer at Western Union and spent more than 16 years at Starwood Hotels and Resorts where he held a variety of leadership roles.
Bill holds a BA in the Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania, a MA in Liberal Studies from State University of New York at Stony Brook and a JD from Fordham University School of Law. He is based in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Vijay Raghavan is executive vice president and chief technology officer for LexisNexis® Risk Solutions. In this position, he is responsible for software development, R&D, information systems, security and data center operations.
Having spent almost 30 years in Information Technology, Vijay has extensive experience in the management of diverse technology functions, with oversight of the full software development lifecycle and support functions for high-availability applications, which are powered by high-performance supercomputing platforms.
Previously, Vijay served as vice president, Insurance Technology at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where he was responsible for all aspects of application development and maintenance for the insurance products.
Prior to joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Vijay held senior executive positions at Paragon Solutions, where he was chief technology officer; and at McKesson, a Fortune 15 company, where he was vice president, Product Development within the Imaging Solutions Group.
Vijay holds a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, an M.S. in Cybersecurity from the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed an advanced management program for executives at MIT Sloan School of Management. He is based in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Preston Staudt is executive vice president and chief financial officer for LexisNexis® Risk Solutions.
Prior to assuming his role as chief financial officer, Preston was Vice President, Finance, Insurance and Healthcare, LexisNexis Risk Solutions.
Preston began his career at the global RELX organization in 2000 at LexisNexis Legal & Professional in the finance and accounting department. Over the course of more than two decades, Preston has held numerous financial roles within RELX Corporate, LexisNexis Risk Solutions and LexisNexis.
Preston earned his bachelor's degree in business administration/finance from Wright State University, and an MBA from the University of Dayton. He is based in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Shweta Vyas is executive vice president and chief strategy officer for LexisNexis® Risk Solutions. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic direction and corporate development initiatives of the LexisNexis Risk Solutions businesses.
Shweta joined LexisNexis Risk Solutions in 2010 as director, strategy & business development before transitioning to the Health Care business in 2016 where she served as vice president of Market Planning. She moved to her current role in March 2020.
Prior to joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Shweta spent three years as a management consultant at LEK consulting and five years in various finance roles at Lucent Technologies.
Shweta holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University as well as an MSC in Finance from Babson College and a BA in Economics from Emory University. She is based in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Bill Madison is chief executive officer of the Insurance business of the go-to-market LexisNexis® Risk Solutions brand. Bill is responsible for all auto, home, life and commercial insurance business including solutions for underwriting, claims, and analytics, for the U.S. and international markets.
Bill has played a key role in the integration of data services into multiple channels and in transforming the business from being a data provider in insurance to providing a holistic approach to risk analysis, underwriting, and claims processing that includes process enhancement. These innovative solutions have helped insurance carriers achieve significant improvements in performance.
Bill joined the organization in 1989 as part of the Equifax acquisition of Innovative Research Inc., where he was a member of the leadership team which developed several products that revolutionized auto insurance underwriting. When the company’s insurance services team was spun off from Equifax to create ChoicePoint, he was instrumental in transitioning the organization into a standalone unit.

Dean Curtis is chief executive officer of Data Services for LexisNexis® Risk Solutions.
Before being named to his current role, Dean previously served as CEO of ICIS, managing director of LexisNexis® Risk Solutions U.K., and was responsible for the international expansion and growth of the LexisNexis Risk Solutions business across the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.
Before joining RELX in January 2014, Dean was VP, Global Business Director at Thomson Reuters and Managing Director at Wolters Kluwer. In these roles he successfully established market leading businesses using next generation data, analytics and technology to address key business challenges and improve customer outcomes by making the best business decisions.
Prior to this, Dean served as an executive in the Asset Management and Private Client businesses at Investec, HSBC Investment Bank and Rothschild & Co.
Dean is currently based in London, sits on the board of charities and also has a background in professional sports.
Josh Schoeller is the chief executive officer of the Health Care business of the go-to-market LexisNexis® Risk Solutions brand. Named to this position in 2020, Josh is responsible for delivering solutions across health plan, hospital and health system, pharmacy and life science vertical markets to help customers ensure compliance, improve operational efficiency, deliver market insights and drive better outcomes for the U.S. health care system.
Josh brings more than 25 years of deep expertise in data management, data integration and analytic decisioning with specific domain expertise in big data, master data management, application architecture, predictive analytics and decision support. Josh and his team collaborate across all health care stakeholders to apply data analytics that solve key market challenges across the dynamic health care landscape.
Josh joined LexisNexis Risk Solutions in 2013 after his company, Enclarity, was acquired by the organization. At Enclarity he served as the chief solution architect and was part of the Executive Leadership Team. Prior to Enclarity Josh spent 15 years at FICO where he held a variety of roles in IT, sales, and operations.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for ITI Data, a New York based data management and data integration firm, and is a member on the Forbes Business Development Council and the eHealth Initiative Data Governance Leadership Council. He is based in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Haywood "Woody" Talcove is the chief executive officer of the Government business of the go-to-market LexisNexis® Risk Solutions brand. In this capacity, he oversees strategic business activities concerning all customer operations, sales, marketing, communications, consulting, corporate development and ecosystem activities. He also serves as the chief executive officer of LexisNexis Special Services Inc., a separate subsidiary.
During Woody’s 12-year tenure with LexisNexis Risk Solutions, he has transformed the government business from location services to one focused on identity to prevent fraud and allow citizens faster access to services, maintain program integrity, reduce risk and fight crime. His open-minded approach to problem-solving, listening to customer needs and serving more than 6,000 federal, state and local agencies has enabled the business to create new markets with data, analytics and technology that consistently drive growth in revenue and keep our communities and children safe.
Woody earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in public administration from the University of Maine. He also attended Executive Education Programs in Leadership and Strategy from Harvard and Wharton.
A passionate advocate for children, Woody served on the Board of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) for 12 years until 2020 and the DEA Educational Foundation since 2019. He also serves on the University of Maine Board of Visitors. He is based in Washington, D.C.
Rick Trainor is chief executive officer of the Business Services segment of the go-to-market LexisNexis® Risk Solutions brand. Named to this position in July 2009, Rick directs the unit's worldwide strategy, market and product direction, and manages the sales and vertical marketing teams for the business unit's financial services and corporate customers. In addition, he manages the company's content acquisition, bulk content fabrication, sales and licensing.
Previously, Rick served as senior vice president of Content and Data Services. In that capacity, Rick was responsible for all content acquisition, along with bulk content fabrication, sales and licensing. Prior to joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Rick was vice president of Content for Seisint, a privately owned company which was acquired by LexisNexis® in 2004.
Prior to 2001, Rick served as vice president of Contracts and Program Management for Diveo Broadband Networks, where he managed significant vendor financing agreements and the contract management aspects of building out world-class data centers and fixed wireless networks across Latin America.
Rick earned his BS in Accounting and MS in Finance from Boston College. He serves on the Board of the Consumer Data Industry Association. He is based in Alpharetta, Georgia.
