Katherine Lunn is Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Services for the Risk & Business Analytics division of RELX, which is includes LexisNexis Risk Solutions and Reed Business Information (RBI).
In this position, Katherine leads the development and implementation of all Human Resources strategies that help drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction and employee engagement for the organization and its more than 8,500 employees.
Previously, Katherine served as Head of Talent Development at RELX, where she was responsible for the delivery of the talent development strategy and priorities. Katherine joined RELX in 2012 as Human Resources Director, UK for Elsevier. In 2015, Katherine moved to the Risk & Business Analytics business as Head of Human Resources for RBI before transitioning to Head of Talent Development for RELX May 2018.
Katherine began her Human Resources career at Diageo before moving to Thomson Reuters where she spent 7 years progressing her Human Resources career, including spending a significant amount of time in the United States. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Brunel University.
