Aishling Meyler

Aishling Meyler is associate vice president of technology, insurance, U.K and Ireland, for LexisNexis® Risk Solutions. In this role, Aishling is responsible for building next-generation AI-based cloud applications that not only enable insurance providers to access innovative products seamlessly but do so with minimal disruption, world-class security and reliability.

Aishling was promoted into the role of associate vice president of technology from senior director of software engineering in 2023. With stellar experience of more than 20 years in software engineering, she understands the skills needed to deliver technology focused projects on a scale for the insurance market. Aishling started her career at a small technology start-up in Ireland, where she spent four years before joining Mapflow—a provider of location and risk intelligence solutions to the global insurance industry—which was acquired by LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Today, Aishling leads the team responsible for designing and developing software solutions as well as solving problems in web applications and programmes used by the insurance sector to help predict risk. A key aspect of Aishling’s role is taking insurance providers’ requests and turning them into software solutions.
