Caroline Elliott-Grey

Caroline-Elliott-Grey is senior product manager, insurance, U.K. and Ireland, for LexisNexis® Risk Solutions. In this role, Caroline is responsible for overseeing the business’s property data solutions for home and commercial insurance, from development to eventual roll out across the market.

Prior to joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a product manager in 2020, Caroline worked for E.ON Energy where she helped to refine several products and improve all key digital channels to deliver a more positive customer experience and online journey. With many synergies between the energy market and the insurance sector, the move to LexisNexis Risk Solutions was a natural progression.

Caroline’s 14 years of experience in the energy have given her valuable insight into the real risks of climate change. She draws on this knowledge to work alongside insurance providers, helping them access the data they need to make more informed decisions about home and commercial property, and to support their customers in the face of these increasing risks.
