Associate Vice President of Strategy, U.K. and Ireland

Jemma Ashley is associate vice president of strategy for LexisNexis® Risk Solutions. In this role, Jemma is responsible for creating customer-centric, data-driven and agile solutions. Jemma joined LexisNexis Risk Solutions, U.K. and Ireland, in August 2024 as associate vice president of strategy.

Jemma is an experienced insurance leader, having worked for more than 10 years at Aviva, followed by Wrisk, and the accounting technology firm Abaci. Her expertise in strategy, transformation, growth and product innovation are fully leveraged at LexisNexis Risk Solutions.
