LONDON — LexisNexis® ThreatMetrix® was honoured with an award for Best Use of AI at the annual Fintech Awards Wales, in Cardiff last night.
ThreatMetrix® is a powerful fraud prevention platform that uses crowdsourced data from around 80 billion global online transactions to help thousands of businesses globally – including all of the top ten UK banks. The solution harnesses intelligence related to devices, locations, identities and past behaviours to enable businesses to confidently build trust with good customers and spot fraudulent activity.
The team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions were also shortlisted in the Fintech for Good category for LexisNexis® RiskView™ UK – a credit risk tool that uses alternative data to enhance scoring and improve access to financial services for everyone.
The judging panel comprised experts from across the fintech sphere, including technologists, early fintech investors and pioneers of some of the UK’s most recognisable challenger brands.
