LexisNexis® Risk Solutions has today released the latest version of its web-based UK identity verification software, IDU®. Featuring a range of enhancements, the release will help users to make informed identity related decisions with more confidence, increasing identity check pass rates and improving efficiency.
The first IDU update of 2015 features a wide range of improvements; the Date of Birth check has been enhanced, the mortality matching feature provides more data granularity, the Property Register Search function is now quicker and more reliable and user signposting has been improved, all of which serve to provide a more informed and efficient user experience.
Paul Weathersby, LexisNexis® Risk Solutions’ UK Product Director, highlighted the significance of the latest tranche of updates to IDU:
“Identity checks are a critical business process and can make or break a business relationship before its even started. It’s therefore vital that IDU verifies as many genuine identities as possible, so that our clients can onboard as many customers as possible.
The upgrades incorporated in this version of IDU will help users to reduce identity check fails caused by false positives, ensuring they continue to attain the high pass rates that businesses demand.”
The latest version of IDU is now live and available to all users.
