Yes, when using reverse search by telephone number in TraceIQ, you can only use the telephone number itself. The system will not accept numbers in the format '+44' (international code). Enter the number in the standard UK format, e.g., 07000 123 456.
The maximum number of results for a person search in TraceIQ depends on the search type: Name, email, or phone search: Up to 200 results are returned. Note that this is limited to 200 identities, as each identity may have multiple addresses.
Address-only search: Up to 1,000 results can be returned.
TraceIQ provides only UK postal addresses. For people who now live overseas communication, via email is possible to confirm new location. To trace a UK resident to a new postal address who has moved abroad, you would need to use the Forensic Team within Managed Services.
